Legal information
Booking terms
These terms govern enquiries made through the website. Specific terms provided before each booking prevail for that booking.
1. Pre-contract information
The website allows availability enquiries for stays, events and experiences. General information is not a binding offer and does not guarantee availability.
2. Enquiry and confirmation
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not create a booking. A contract exists only after written confirmation of availability, total price, services, taxes, deposit, payment and cancellation terms, followed by the guest's acceptance.
3. Capacity and use
The advertised maximum overnight occupancy is ten guests. Events, visitors, pets, suppliers and special uses require express approval. Guests must follow the safety, occupancy and house rules disclosed before contracting.
4. Price, payment and deposit
The individual quote will state the total price and taxes, payment schedule, any security deposit, and included or additional services. Payments should only use channels confirmed by the owner.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
The applicable cancellation policy will be disclosed before contracting. Under article 103(l) of Spain's Consumer Protection Act, the general withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation other than residential accommodation where the contract provides for a specific date or period.
6. Complaints
Problems should be reported promptly. Consumers may request the applicable official complaint form and contact the competent consumer authorities.
7. Privacy and applicable law
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Spanish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction.
