2. Data, purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries: contact, stay and message data, processed to take requested pre-contractual steps.
- Ivonne AI: conversation and optional voice data, processed at your request and with consent for optional voice features.
- Analytics and advertising: browsing identifiers, only with prior, revocable category-based consent.
- Security and compliance: minimum technical data based on legitimate interests and legal duties.
3. Recipients and transfers
Hosting, email and support providers may access data under contract. Voice requests use ElevenLabs. Clicking WhatsApp sends information to Meta/WhatsApp at your request. Future analytics or advertising providers will be named in the Cookie Policy and activated only with consent.
- Transfers outside the EEA will use adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard.
4. Retention
- Unbooked enquiries: only as needed and no longer than 24 months unless required for a legal claim.
- Booking data: applicable tax, accounting and liability periods.
- Browser session data: for the session or until you delete it.
- Cookie consent: until withdrawal or policy update.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, through the privacy contact. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
6. Minors and security
Forms are not intended for children under 14. Do not submit sensitive or third-party data without authorisation. Reasonable security measures are used, although no system is infallible.
